Christopher R. Chenoweth, OD
Dr. Chris Chenoweth is a native Oklahoman, born in Oklahoma City and raised in the small community of Cashion. Dr. Chenoweth received his Bachelors of Science degree in biology from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1991. He then attended the Northeastern State University College of Optometry, completing adult and pediatric optometry and ocular disease rotations at W.W. Hastings hospital and an ocular surgery rotation at Soper Eye Center. While at NSUCO, Dr. Chenoweth was a inducted as a member of the academic honors fraternity Beta Sigma Kappa. After graduating in 1995, Dr. Chenoweth and his wife Kim relocated to Blackwell, where he owns and operates Blackwell Vision Center, Inc. in Blackwell and Chenoweth Eye Center in Ponca City. He serves as Assistand Adjunct Clinical Professor for Pacific University College of Optomety and has repeatedly been named among Americas Top Optometrists. The Chenoweth's enjoy family and friends and have four children of their own, Alison, Anna, Quinn and Christian.
